Can I work at several clinics with one login?
On the shared platform, practitioners have one login and affiliations with their clinics. Each affiliation defines role and schedule. Patient history stays at the clinic where it was recorded. A dedicated deployment is separate and may require another login.
Can I work with different teams and secretaries?
Each clinic manages its own affiliations and roles, so your teams can differ by location. Reception manages scheduling and administrative care information; clinical content and document approval remain with the practitioner.
How does scheduling work in Med?
Bookings use the schedule linked to the practitioner’s clinic affiliation. Times and settings are prepared for that context. Availability is checked before offering a time to the patient.
Do I need to replace my current system?
Start with the systems already in your daily work. During setup, we define what Med reads and updates in scheduling, records and management according to available access. You choose the first process to connect.
Does the copilot work in person and remotely?
Yes. Remotely, context accompanies the video room. In person, your phone captures clear audio; choose a quiet setting and, if needed, a directional desk microphone. The copilot organizes information and automations prepare follow-up work. You lead the consultation, make decisions and review documents.
Who approves consultation documents?
The treating practitioner reviews, edits and approves the consultation’s documents. AI-prepared materials remain drafts until then.
Can AI prescribe or decide for me?
No. Clinical decisions remain with the practitioner. A draft prepared from a consultation is not a valid prescription and still requires review and approval.
Can reception see medical records?
Reception access covers what is needed for appointments and scheduling. Clinical content and document approval are reserved for practitioners.
Do medical records follow the doctor between clinics?
Affiliations follow the practitioner; each clinic’s content stays within its context. Working at two clinics does not grant cross-access to patient records.
Does the patient need to install an app?
First contact can happen on WhatsApp or the booking page. Teleconsultation uses a room link. Channels depend on the configuration and selected scope.
How does the assistant handle urgent situations?
The flow directs patients to immediate care instead of continuing booking. It does not clinically assess the situation or confirm that it is safe.
Does the patient know when they are talking to AI?
Communication identifies the virtual assistant. Med must not present automated conversations as a person from the clinic.
Can I use my clinic’s domain and branding?
A dedicated deployment can include your own identity and domain, with infrastructure and operational scope to be defined. It is separate from the shared platform.
Must I enable every workflow at once?
Define the first part of the workflow, prepare the schedule and team, then expand after validation. Scope is agreed before deployment.
Which plan fits my practice?
Plans combine clinic management with AI reception and consultation processing capacity. Choose the tier matching your volume and tell us how your team works. Our conversation starts with your context.
